A resident meal plan is required for all students residing in the Residence Halls as part of their room and board contract.

The rates listed below include laundry, internet, water, gas, electric, and trash removal. All units and bedrooms are furnished. The rates do not include parking.

Community Fees
Mandatory Fees
Programming Fee: $50 per semester
This fee is assessed to all students living in the Residence Halls, 1750 Jackson Street, Lookout Apartments, and The Village at Mines Park and is a required fee. The programming fee is utilized by the Residential Education team (Residence Life Coordinators, Resident Advisors, etc.) for community events, programming, and supplies provided by the front desks.
Optional Fees
Bike/Ski/Storage Lockers: $150 per year
Optional bike, ski, and storage lockers are a flat, nonrefundable fee once a year of $150, paid at the start of the academic year. Bike, ski, and storage locker spaces are given by lottery in the summer prior to the fall semester.

Residence Hall students have the option to change their meal plan the first week of each semester.
Marble and Quartz plans include 5 meal exchanges per week, which can be used for meals in designated on-campus retail locations during designated hours.
Munch Money rolls over from fall to spring semester. Munch Money does not roll over from one academic year to the next.
Second-Year & Beyond: Choice Meal Plans
Choice meal plans are not required for residents living in 1750 Jackson, Lookout Apartments, and The Village at Mines Park; however, they may be beneficial for you! You’ve got a lot to focus on around campus: classes, studying, work, and extracurricular activities. You shouldn’t have to plan all your meals, as well. A meal plan allows you to gather with your friends, grab a quick bite, and have a well-balanced meal.
